Here are important guidelines to help us succeed in serving your children quality meals safely, on schedule, all the time!

1. Every time an order is placed, Parents and/or Caregivers are required to inform Daily Delicious, in writing on the Lunch Order Form, of any food sensitivities and allergies their child does or may have. We welcome a detailed email as well.
2. Orders should be placed on a weekly or monthly basis. Orders including the following Monday and Tuesday must be submitted by the previous Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
3. Any daily orders must be submitted three days before delivery date. Why? The menus at Daily Delicious change every day, and organic produce from suppliers is ordered in advance and delivered fresh in preparation for each day's meals.
4. Monthly orders receive a 10% discount. In case of absence, only two credits will be granted per month at the discounted price.
5. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. No credit can be issued after meals have been prepared and/or delivered!
6. Credits are applied by Daily Delicious to an alternate day of your choosing. All rescheduling communications must be done in writing via the customer service email.
7. Daily Delicious will issue a credit for unused lunches under the following two scenarios:
- Unplanned school closings - Only if announced and confirmed by the school the day before by no later than 3:00 p.m.
- Child absence - Only if notice is provided to Daily Delicious Customer Service via email the day before by no later than 7 p.m.
8. Daily Delicious cannot offer credits for last-minute unplanned school closings, such as power outages, weather-related closings, COVID-related closings,or similar last-minute mass cancellation events. Daily Delicious will donate the unused meals or prepared ingredients that result from those closings to a nearby shelter.
9. Daily Delicious can no longer issue refunds. Unfortunately, the payment gateway service (PayPal) now flags and penalizes Daily Delicious for doing so. As indicated above, we will gladly reschedule your orders, as permitted by our policies, to preserve the value of your money while lessening financial repercussions to our business. Thank you for your understanding!
10. All communications with Daily Delicious are handled via the customer service email at customerservice@dailydeliciousmeals.com.

The Daily Delicious kitchen is peanut-free and tree nut free. However, we do offer meals that contain milk, eggs, wheat and occasional soy product for vegetarian menus. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consumer with severe allergies to soy, milk, or wheat.

Please understand that technical issues, inaccuracies, and other automated data processing mistakes can occur without our control. Temporary interruption of the services may occur without our knowledge and may result in mistakes in terms of order or payment processing.

You further understand and agree that we have no control over third party networks you may access in the course of the use of this site, and therefore, delays and disruption of other network transmissions are completely beyond our control.
